Senior Business Analyst in NerdySoft

For a project in the field of mobile banking solutions, we are looking for a motivated Senior Business Analyst who wants to influence the business by applying best practices and not afraid to take responsibility.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or relevant experience working in a bank or developing banking products;
• Domain knowledge in Fintech/Banking, namely Core Banking Systems, Reporting, Bank Back Office;
• Experience in creating a product/feature roadmap;
• Effective cooperation with various stakeholders;
• Practical experience in applying Agile principles;
• Knowledge of requirements management methods and tools;
• Basic theoretical and practical knowledge of BA methodology and tools (Story Map, Jira, Confluence);
• Experience in creating documentation for the team and the customer (Detailed User Stories, Use Cases, feature-breakdown lists, etc.);

• Techniques of development and description of business processes (UML, Use Case, User Flows, etc.);
• Skills of communication, presentation, market research, planning and analytics;
• Ability to solve complex cases and professional negotiation;
• English language at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate;
• Ability to travel abroad, desire and willingness to go on business trips. 
   

Will be an advantage:

• Knowledge of the French language.

Responsibilities:

• Collection and prioritization of product requirements, definition of product vision, strategy and roadmap;
• Working closely with the engineering and design team to ensure goals are met;
• Gathering and evaluating ideas and opinions, demonstrating new ideas and functionality to stakeholders;
