The company is going through a digital revolution that has led to huge investments in the technical side of the business. In this position, you will identify the requirement and implement the most important components of our strategies, focusing on solutions implemented as custom software, created in-house by DTEK engineers using modern technologies and best software development experience. You will have the opportunity to work in different areas that affect many aspects of the company and on solutions that affect the whole enterprise, for example projects to develop HR services.
Tasks:
Participation in projects/products, collection, analysis, identification of requirements, formation of Wiki and Backlog of the project/product.
Skills:
• 3+ years of experience in a business/functional/systems analyst role in a software development company, fintech company, bank or other.
• Experience in SCRUM team, product development, FRD, BRD, SRS, Agile, User Story, Use Case, NFT, BPMN, SPRINT.
• Experience in high-level requirements analysis for new product development.
• Understanding of concepts, tools, models, methodologies of business and system analysis.
• Experience in requirements identification, analysis, documentation and support.
• Ability to work on several projects at the same time.
• Knowledge of SDLC.
• Understand the working principles of REST, SOAP.
• Be able to read and write requirements for API development.
• Be able to work with Postman, SoapUI, etc. web services debugging testing tools.
• System thinking, teamwork, result orientation, organization of activities, communication.
Responsibilities:
• Gathering, identifying and analyzing requirements.
• Regular communication with internal business stakeholders.< /p>
• Creation of requirements specifications such as FRD, User Story, Use Cases, flowcharts, business processes, data flows, ERD.
• Close collaboration with development team and product manager .
• Creation of documentation such as user manuals.
• Development of processes, procedures and requirements for integration with external systems (IPSP, SAP, external registries, external authorization services, etc.).
