We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst for Australian-based Client that revolutionizing the corporate travel industry with advanced technology designed for modern Travel Management Companies (TMCs). The consultant platform empowers TMCs to shorten booking cycles, improve customer outcomes, and digitalize operational capabilities. With features that automate booking processes, reduce operational expenses, and enhance precision, the consultant offers a game-changing competitive advantage.

Requirements:

• Deep expertise in the travel sector, particularly within the corporate travel domain
• Minimum of 7 years of senior experience in business analysis or a related field sector
• Extensive knowledge of the corporate travel sector, including airfare structures and API integrations across air, hotel, car, and payment systems
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Advanced technical skills with competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate clearly
• Experience leading and developing top-performing teams
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; an MBA is highly desirable
• A history of leading and supporting successful projects
• Upper-Intermediate English and better

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and anticipate business requirements for feature development and implement effective solutions
• Support the development team throughout the build-out of features
• Lead user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
• Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members, management and stakeholders
• Work closely with clients, providing clear updates and progress reports to ensure alignment with deadlines
• Perform detailed specification analysis to ensure tasks are delivered on time and within budget
• Manage development projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance
• Ensure excellent documentation skills are applied in creating detailed reports and presentations
