This is a role for an ambitious leader who thinks in terms of business categories, not individual launches, and is ready to take full responsibility for the product feature.

Role Mission
Build and lead the product function in the company: to ensure the systematic launch of products that generate revenue, scale and strengthen the TOP Superfoods brand.
Area of responsibilityProduct strategy and development
- Formation of product strategy in the health & supplements category
- Determination of growth directions, product niches and scaling opportunities
- Product portfolio management (new products + development of existing ones)
Product launch (end-to-end)
- Control of the full launch cycle: from idea to market entry
- Making key product decisions: composition, format, packaging, positioning
- Ensuring systematic and timely SKU launch with a focus on business results
- Control of unit economics and financial performance of products
Leadership and building the function ??
- Building the PD (Product Development) process at the company level
- Forming standards, approaches and launch management systems products
- Building and developing the product team (in perspective)
- Acting as a key driver of product thinking in the company
Cross-functional interaction
- Managing the interaction between marketing, sales, production, logistics
- Work with manufacturers, postleaders and external partners
- Influence on key stakeholders and decision-making at the business level
We are looking for a person who:
- Has 5+ years of experience in product management / brand management
- Has successful experience in launching and scaling physical products (FMCG / food)
- Thinks in business categories: profit, margin, scale
- Able to build systems, not just manage processes
- Has experience with manufacturing, suppliers, packaging
- Strongly manages cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Makes decisions under conditions of uncertainty and is responsible for them
- Ambitious, proactive and result-oriented
It will be an advantage:
- Experience in the category of dietary supplements or functional nutrition
- Understanding regulatory requirements and certification
- Experience building a product line or team from scratch
