What tasks will face our Senior Brand Manager:

• Launch and support of new and existing brands on the American and European markets.

  p>

• Development of a long-term marketing strategy

• Development of the brand's value proposition and key message

• Development and coordination of annual marketing of the plan

• Formation and management of the marketing budget

< li style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">

Forecast of the annual sales plan across different sales channels

• Management of the assortment portfolio (optimization, control over the development and launch of new products, PLC management)

• Brand Pricing and Profitability Management

• Planning, coordination and analysis of the effectiveness of marketing activities

• Planning, development and coordination of advertising campaigns

• Analysis of brand health, market trends, competitors, coordination of marketing research, analysis of their results

• Cross-functional interaction with key departments of the company (TM, SMM, e-com, products, sales)

• Coordination of advertising, PR and research agencies

• Team Management

What is important in this position:

• Successful experience of introducing new products to the market.

• Proficiency in English at Upper intermediate level and above.

• Ability to work with large volumes of data, correctly prioritize and distribute tasks.

• Proficiency in Excel at a high level (pivot tables and the VPR function at a minimum).

• Ability to identify future trends in Fashion and Beauty and act proactively.
