Senior Backend Engineer (Node.js) in Adaptiq

We are in search of an exceptional Software Engineer to join our rapidly expanding Research and Development team. As a member of our energetic startup environment, you will embrace Agile principles and methodologies. Your role will involve tackling distinctive challenges related to scalability and performance, all while maintaining a swift pace of project deliveries.

Responsibilities:

In collaboration with our team, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the continuous operation, architecture, and scalability of our platform;
• Contributing to the development of a robust backend platform designed for high scalability;
• Collaborating closely with company leadership to enhance core infrastructure;
• Crafting code of superior quality and performance, adhering to industry best practices and standards;
• Exploring cutting-edge technologies, tools, and third-party frameworks to deliver state-of-the-art solutions.

Tech stack: Typescript, AWS Serverless, GraphQL Federation, Kubernetes, NodeJS, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, React.

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years experience as a BE stack engineer (NodeJS);
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in backend technologies and architecture;
• Experience in frontend development with Typescript and React;
• Hands-on experience with SaaS architecture;
• Ability to carry requirements from the early phase to full implementation;
• Passion for learning new technologies and applying them to make a difference;
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

And it would be great if you have:

• Experience working in a startup company;
• DevOps and infra-oriented experience.
