Itrecently closed a1billion pound investment round and now plans toroll out full broadband to1.4 million premises inLondon over the next 5years toprovide its users with the fastest internet connection. The Impressit team works alongside the existing tech department and isresponsible for the backend development ofbusiness automation solutions. Asapart ofthe team, you’ll work ondifferent projects toimplement new features and improve existing business solutions like configuration processes andIP management automation. What will youdo?—Implement DevOps best practices and standards. —Maintain and enhance infrastructure onAzure, including Web App services, networking, VPN connections todata centers, and resource groups. —Act asthe sole DevOps engineer for the team, providing support for ongoing projects. —Estimate timelines and budgets promptly. —Collaborate with cross-functional teams toensure smooth project execution. —Implement and manage infrastructure ascode using Terraform. —Set upand manage CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI, GitHub Actions, and other relevant tools. —Work with CosmosDB and Docker containers. —Prototype new technologies toensure system availability isalways one step ahead ofcustomer and team demand. What doweexpect?—Minimum 5years ofexperience inDevOps. —Proficiency inAzure services (Web App services, networking, VPN connection todatacentre, resource groups)—Experience with provisioning and configuration management with Terraform —Strong knowledge ofCI/CD tools (CircleCI, GitHub Actions), —Experience working with Docker, containers. —Experience with CosmosDB. —Excellent communication skills toeffectively collaborate with both internal and client-side stakeholders. —Ability towork inacalm and cohesive team environment. —Upper-intermediate level orhigher level ofEnglish.
