We are growing our global footprint in Canada, the United Kingdom, Ukraine, EMEA, India, and Australia.Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Atlassian Administrator to enhance our data reporting capabilities and streamline our processes using EazyBI and Jira.Key Responsibilities :Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using EazyBI to support business decision-making.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective dashboard solutions.Utilize Jira/JQL/API development skills to customize and optimize Jira workflows and processes .Manage and format EazyBI measures, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.Oversee batch job and background job queue management to ensure efficient data processing and reporting.Provide expertise in UI and CX design to enhance user experience across dashboards and reporting tools.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EazyBI and Jira integrations.Stay updated with the latest Atlassian tools and best practices to continuously improve our systems.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in dashboard, UI, and CX design.5+ years of experience in Jira/JQL/API development.3-5 years of experience in EazyBI development.3-5 years of experience in EazyBI measure formatting, batch job, background job queue, and data management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Atlassian certifications or relevant technical certifications. Experience in agile methodologies and project management tools. Familiarity with other Atlassian products and plugins.
