Purpose Of The JobA solution is being developed in the field of electrical equipment monitoring based on IoT technologies. The devices provide real-time monitoring, data collection, and analysis to optimize industrial processes. Due to the project's growth, an Automation QA Engineer is required to handle UI testing of embedded software using the Squish Framework and Python.Main Tasks And ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain automated UI tests for embedded software.Write test cases based on product requirements and specifications.Conduct regression, functional, and integration testing.Analyze test results, generate reports, and identify potential issues.Collaborate with developers, analysts, and the QA team to ensure product quality.Set up and maintain the test infrastructure using Squish and Python.Education, Skills And Experience MUST HAVE:5+ years of experience as an Automation QA Engineer, with a focus on UI testing.Strong expertise in Squish Framework and Python for automated testing.Proven experience in testing embedded software or complex embedded systems.Ability to design, develop, and optimize automated test frameworks and infrastructure.Solid understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices for embedded systems.Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues.Experience mentoring team members and improving testing processes.English proficiency sufficient for technical communication and documentation.Would Be a PlusHands-on experience with IoT solutions and industrial automation.Understanding of hardware-software integration and device communication protocols.Experience with performance, API, and device driver testing.Familiarity with other test automation tools or scripting languages.
