We are currently looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager/Affiliate Team Lead. Join the Atlim team and change the future with us!

Your future duties:

- Coordinate the work of the affiliate team . Monitor the implementation of general and personal KPIs;

- Work with top partners. Engage in their support, maintenance, monitor activity;

- Enter new markets. Conduct tests, look for partners;

- Interact and negotiate with partner networks and arbitration teams. Monitor the terms of cooperation, make necessary changes;

- Participate in international conferences, prepare our PR for participation;

- Communicate with developers to solve technical problems;

p>- Engage in the strategy of development, promotion and increasing the attractiveness of our affiliate program.

What we expect from you:

- You have successful experience in competitive niches of Senior Affiliate/Team Lead for at least a year, in general at affiliate for at least 3 years;

- You know all the metrics and how to calculate them. You understand how to calculate the CPA tariff so that it pays off;

- You speak English at the B2 level. If you know some other languages, even better;

- You know how to communicate and negotiate effectively. You will be able to negate negative situations;

- You have analytical skills, you can roughly calculate the ROI without a calculator by looking at the statistics.
