Join us as a Senior Account Specialist for HoReCa, Delivery department in Kyiv.

How exactly you can influence the development of the company:
• develop strategic partnerships with key HoReCa clients, creating development plans for 6-12 months and providing a full cycle of support: from onboarding to ongoing support
• coordinate internal teams (product, marketing, operations, integration) to implement client initiatives and integrate Uklon Delivery into clients' business processes
• increase the volume of deliveries by identifying growth points, launching initiatives and preparing individual business proposals for the top management of customers
• return inactive customers by analyzing their base, adapting the terms of cooperation and introducing new services
• reduce customer churn through personalized loyalty programs and preventive retention strategies
• maximize customer LTV through upselling and cross-selling
• analyze key metrics using Tableau, Power BI to identify growth opportunities
• CRM support in an up-to-date state
Challenges for 3 months:
• fully integrate into the team and master internal processes
• get acquainted with the portfolio of established partners and their business indicators
• establish regular communication with key partner contacts
• get involved in an active and effective cooperation with partners, including the initiation of joint actions for business development
• propose development plans for TOP partners (in the portfolio account) with the first results of growth in deliveries
To achieve results, you will needsya:
• from 3 years of experience conducting B2B negotiations in the field of HoReCa, e-commerce, FMCG or food delivery in the Ukrainian market
• solid stakeholder management skills: working with establishment owners, network managers and operational managers
• advanced level of Excel/Google Sheets: formulas, summary tables, financial and operational calculations (margin, ROI, forecasting)
• the ability to analyze the effectiveness of partnerships and prepare business proposals based on data
• strong communication and presentation skills
• experience in building and maintaining long-term partnerships
• English B1+ will be an advantage
