Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Planner to oversee and drive the strategic planning and execution for our Sephora and Ulta accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of the beauty and skincare industry, as well as the specific dynamics and requirements of Sephora and Ulta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive sales and merchandising plans, by SKU, by door, to maximize our brand's performance and market share within these key retail partners.ResponsibilitiesSALES AND STOCK PLANNINGDevelop and execute top-down sales planning by sku, aligning with overall company sales goals and breaking them down into targets for individual regions, stores, or product categories.Conduct bottoms-up planning by analyzing historical data, regional market trends, and store-level insights to create accurate forecasts for each SKU by store.Develop sales and stock plans for emails, events, animations, and promotions, ensuring we have the PO's to execute effectivelyOwn newness forecasts and buys to support all merchandising and promo strategies.PO AND DISTRIBUTION ANALYSISDaily monitoring of POs in EDI, noting ship windows, allocation by DC, etcAlerting Account Management, order fulfillment, and retailer team if corrections to POs are necessary, and ensuring follow-up on their resolutionsPartner with Order Fulfillment and Account Management team to prioritize POs, make cut recommendations, and communicate delays and risks to minimize OOSTracking POs from receipt to deliveryMonitor chargebacks, damages, and returnsSTOCK ANALYSIS AND REPORTINGAssess and report on stock levels by SKU, at the DC level, in-transit, and store level - highlighting any callouts or discrepanciesGenerate and analyze weekly, monthly, quarterly and seasonal sales reporting for mix of business, retail sales, and net shipments.
