Objective:
Develop positive and profitable business relationships with top existing clients by establishing transparent workflows, solving problems, and creating new growth perspectives to generate long-term contribution and business success.
Location:
This role offers the flexibility to work at any of our hubs located in Poland, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Moldova, Portugal, Romania, or remotely from Europe through B2B arrangements.

About your key responsibilities and impact:
— Developing existing, as well as new GR8 Tech clients into long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships;
— Understanding client business objectives, metrics, as well as organizational structure to be able to produce solutions to address operational and marketing challenges that come up;
— Acting as an ambassador of the customer’s business goals and expectations, and highlighting challenges and risks to key internal stakeholders;
— Building growth plans and working with clients in optimizing ROI across GR8 Tech products;
— Generating ideas while also providing feedback for assisting in the continuous development of GR8 Tech platform, products, and services;
— Helping with onboarding for newly signed clients;
— Presenting new product upgrades and functionality and ensuring clients have an understanding of the product development roadmap;
— Conducting regular business reviews to reconnect on client goals, align on strategic direction, perform commercial reviews, and share insights on upcoming plans;
— Carrying out customer satisfaction surveys;
— Upselling and cross-selling existing/new products or features and documenting them in CRM;
— Managing in an efficient and timely manner all commercial and operational issues that impact the smooth delivery of the service to clients;
— Keeping track, following up, and proactively updating the clients on the status of open issues and requests;
— Cooperating efficiently with almost all of the internal teams: from Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, CRM, development departments to existing Support teams;
— Participating in industry events and conferences to meet clients and expand industry knowledge.

Essential professional experience:
— Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, high empathy with ability to negotiate;
— Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
— Solid presentation and training skills;
— Excellent English written and oral communication skills;
— More than 3 years experience in the igaming, with management of client relationships, experience in handling key customers;
— Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Economics, International relations, Marketing or other related fields;
— Advanced Microsoft office tools package use (PPT, Word, Excel);
— Familiarity and understanding of the software development life-cycle and software release management;
— Capacity to work independently;
— Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
