What should be done?

• engage in development and optimization of ABAP programs in SAP systems;
• develop applications for integration with external systems;
• perform settings and customizations of standard SAP objects according to requirements of business;
• expand standard and create custom FIORI services;
• conduct basic testing, revisions and bug fixes;
• develop architectural solutions and select technologies;

• maintain technical documentation;
• interact with the BA team and other technical areas at the stages of collection, analysis and acceptance requirements;
• estimate the planned scope of tasks;
• organize and optimize the work processes of the team;
• manage the team of developers, ensure the distribution of tasks and control their execution;< /li>
• monitor compliance with development standards and the optimality of solutions;
• implement training, mentoring, evaluation and development of professional skills of team members;
• participate in the process of hiring new employees.

What do we expect?

• 5+ years of SAP ABAP development experience in SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP HCM, SAP BW;
• 3+ years of experience with SAP UI5 framework, in creation and adaptation of FIORI services, construction of ODATA pservices;
• deep understanding of SAP: knowledge of the main SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, HCM), as well as SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC architecture;
• experience using ABAP OO;
• SAP HANA and CDS Views: understanding of working with SAP HANA, creation and optimization of CDS Views;
• leadership qualities for team management;
• flexibility and adaptability in changing conditions;
• problem-solving and decision-making skills;
• ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
