Information about the customer: iGaming game development studio, a division of an international company. Product: games in the iGaming genre - real money Slot games. Team: a team of 16 specialists of the full game development cycle, Art team - 4 Senior level specialists with a horizontal structure. Technologies on projects: Photoshop + all tools of the artist's choice, including neurogenerics of art like Midjourney. Tasks and expected result from the first 3 months of work:– create one game – from concept to final art, marketing materials for the promotion of the game based on ready-made assets;– draw a couple of game concepts for further work;– make a mood board and collect reference materials on a given topic;– blend into the team – establish effective cooperation and maintain a positive atmosphere in the team;– establish interaction with stakeholders – both in terms of communication and delivery .Soft Skills – what human qualities are valued by the team: – creativity is compatible with pragmatism; – punctuality and consistency; – sociability and responsibility; – initiative and proactivity; – the ability to convey the vision to non-creative specialists; – the ability to argue using proposals. Musthave experience:– Senior level – from 6 years of experience;– Niche experience – Portfolio of released games in the genre of real- money slot games mandatory!;– Experience in communication with English-speaking customers/stakeholders (Game Producers/Game Designers, Product Owners);– Photoshop + all tools of the artist's choice;– Ability to work with Jira, Slack, Confluence, Miro, GMeet, SVN. In addition, it will be a plus: - experience with Vector, 3D - modeling, characters, location, light; - professional art education; - experience in direct communication with an English-speaking customer. English: Intermediate+, you need to participate in English-language meetings with stakeholders. Office: fully remote work, possible meetings with the team in co-working spaces within Kyiv (if here). Trial period: 3 months. Schedule: eight-hour working day, flexible - approximately from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., one stand-up around 10 a.m. and sync-up during days in accordance with the calendar and needs. Social package: payment of the necessary tools for work - including neural networks, 20 working days of vacation per year, paid sick leave, knowledge sharing and promotion of qualifications within the team. Remuneration for work - $3000 - $3700, without downgrading to a probationary period, depends on the skills, previous portfolio and skills of the candidates / approx. Process: interview with the manager - 30 minutes, complete a small and quite interesting test task at a convenient time. Decision the day after the last stage.
