Harley & Cho is a Ukrainian company that manufactures products for pets in the categories of sleep, food and recreation (beds, pillows, houses, bowls, blankets, toys, protective hammocks for cars, etc.). What needs to be done (duties): Communicate with customers by phone, in social networks and instant messengers, answer questions and comments on brand pages. Accompany online orders on the website, in Instagram (@harleyandcho), FB and messengers at all stages from consultation to shipment. Advise customers, help them choose cool things for their pets. Accept and control payments for orders. Keep simple reporting. What you need to know, be able to, have: Work experience in retail or in a similar position. Be able to communicate and be fluent in the Ukrainian language. Love and be able to communicate with people. Be able to determine the client's needs, conduct a dialogue. Be active and proactive, have a desire to develop your skills and abilities. Working conditions: SCHEDULE: during the internship 1−3 months, offline work in the office MON-FRI 9:30 - 19:00, then the schedule can be 4 in 4 from 9:30 to 20:00 remotely or partially remotely.
