Our stores are not just places of sale, but real centers of aromatic experiences, where every customer can choose a fragrance for their home or business . We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a Sales Consultant to represent our brand and help customers create an atmosphere of luxury and comfort in their lives.

Main Responsibilities:

• Consulting customers on the range of products and helping them choose the right fragrance.
• Ensuring a high level of service: creating a unique experience for everyone of the buyer.
• Supporting the visual presentation of the store: design of shop windows, layout of goods in accordance with company standards.
• Conducting sales and placing orders.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the store hall.
• Informing customers about promotions and special offers.
• Working with the cash register: making payments and keeping a cash register reporting.

Working conditions:

• Floating work schedule: 2/3, 3/2, 4/3.< /li>
• For comfortable work, we focus on 160 hours per month, but if you want to work more, we are always ready to support and reward it.
• Salary: Fixed rate + 3% of personal sales + bonus for the implementation of the store plan.
• Place of work: Brand store in the Respublika shopping center.
• Flexible schedule: you can adjust the working hours to your needs.
• Discounts on the company's products and the ability to use novelties.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Excellent communication skills: the ability to communicate with clients, understand their needs and offer the best solutions.
• High level of empathy and desire to provide exceptional service: the ability to subtly feel the wishes of customers, create an atmosphere of attention and care, ensuring a feeling of absolute comfort when visiting the store.
< li>Experience in sales or customer service from 1 year will be an advantage.
• Desire to develop in the field of luxury goods.
• Free command of the Ukrainian language, knowledge of English will be a plus.
• Sense of style and aesthetics.
• Organization, responsibility, ability to work in a team.
