Security Threat Analyst (OSINT) in Pro recruitment

We are looking for a detail-oriented OSINT analyst who will ensure the company's information resilience by building a system of preventive monitoring, minimizing reputational risks and developing a culture of deep due diligence of personnel and partners

Your key tasks:

• Checking candidates for employment and internal transfer;
• Organizing interviews with employees who are being dismissed to investigate information about the reasons and conditions of such dismissal, with the aim of assessing the risks of financial and reputational damage of the company;
• Monitoring the reliability of the Company's personnel (monitoring of mass media, registers, social networks for the purpose of identifying collaborative attitudes, violations of legislation, other factors that may cause financial or reputational damage to the company).
• Control of compliance with internal documents in the area of personnel security;
• Inspection of potential counterparties and partners with which the company intends to establish business relations.
• Prevention, detection, elimination of real and potential internal and external threats to economic interests;
• Prevention, detection and prevention of internal information leakage;
• Performing an analysis of risks in the field of personnel and information security, making proposals for their elimination.

Competencies and expectations of the candidate:

• Higher education in the field of intelligence, security, cyber security, information technology;
• Experience in the field of OSINT (willing to consider without experience, but with a basic understanding of OSINT);
• Availability of certification in the field of OSINT or cyber security will be an advantage;
• Experience with tools and platforms for collecting and analyzing open sources of information;
• Skills in working with databases and search engines;
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
• Responsibility, attention to detail and a high level organization.
