Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Develop and maintain up-to-date the regulatory framework of the Mission in the direction of risk - management, protectionand security, including in conditions of war;
- At the request of the head of the department, as well as at the request of project managers, to conduct trainings in the direction of risk - management, safety and security within the deadlines set by the initiators, both personally and with the involvement of external speakers;
- Takes all necessary measures to preserve the life and health of Mission staff, volunteers and beneficiaries;
- Develops safe routes for foreign delegations, monitors compliance with security requirements. On behalf of the executive director, he personally participates in ensuring the physical security of the Teams. In the event of emergency situations, takes all necessary measures to localize risks, if necessary, initiates immediate evacuation outside the country.
- Manages security procedures, monitors compliance with personal safety measures and traffic rules by Mission personnel, in consultation with the President and/or Executive Director.
- Implements technical security systems at Mission facilities (video surveillance, security, alarm and fire alarms, technical supervision of mobile facilities and other technical means) < /li>
- Conducts official inspections on behalf of management
- By on behalf of the executive director, carries out measures to protect information and official secrecy, including the detection in the official premises of the Mission or in official vehicles of technical devices for covert recording of audio, video information and/or geolocation
- Organizes the monitoring of official mission transport using GPS equipment and specialized software
- Conducts at the request of the HR manager, as well as, as necessary, special inspections of candidates for positions
- Collects and analyzes information about the business reputation, reliability and financial condition of suppliers of goods and services. At the request of authorized persons, provides information on risks that may arise in the performance of contractual obligations by counterparties, as well as conclusions regarding the possibility of cooperation with them.
