Specialist of the Security Department in Karitas Ukrayini, Mizhnarodniy Blagodiyniy Fond

• Development, creation and maintenance of the training/training system for the organization's staff in the field of security;
• Development of a database Groups (TI) with the further implementation of evaluating the efficiency of their work;
• through direct interaction with the HR Department, search and implementation of optimal approaches for the proper acquisition of knowledge/skills by personnel in the field of safety;
? training/training material during appropriate events;
• Advisory support of local organizations of Caritas network in Ukraine on trainings/training staff on safety in accordance with their specificity (geography and direction of activity); l> Agreement of the organization of the organization staff (given the safety) through constant interaction with the managers of the department (respectively, in their sector of responsibility); in a secondary (independently, national and international);
• business database and, if necessary, preparation of compliance with the established procedures/protocols by personnel in a business trip.
• Development, Development, Implementation and improvement of SOP (in the direction of safety) regarding trainings/training and information exchange during business trips. 
• Make a service documentation. l>
• Work experience in the security direction of well/humanitarian/charitable organization - not less than 1 year
• Experience management of organization risks (in safety)
• Analysis of the situation and determining the priority of the following steps
• Knowledge of the specifics of war/fighting and experience of teamwork in emergency? Strong>
• Perfect Microsoft Office PP - Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Knowledge (above average) tools/communication and communication products
• > Self -control and introspection
• High communication skills/ability to create 'Trust Field'
• The ability to perform a multitasking mode
