What tasks await:

• Taking measures to register encumbrance/ change/ release/ overencumber security in the State register of movable property encumbrances, in the following cases:
  - implementation of the initial issuance/changes under the credit agreement;
  - fulfillment by the debtor of obligations under the credit agreement;
  - extension of the encumbrance period for subsequent crediting periods;
• Reconciliation of the number of processed applications for obtaining extracts from the State Register of Encumbrances of Movable Property according to the archive of the register and the act of completed works;
• Processing registers of insurance contracts/insurance payments received from accredited insurance companies in the Bank's information system;
• Analysis and control of the Bank's commission income within the framework of mortgage insurance programs;
• Informing clients of debtors and employees of Departments about the expiration of insurance contracts, as well as the arrival of the next insurance payments, in accordance with the terms of credit contracts;
• Monitoring of timely verification of availability, state of preservation and revaluation of the market (fair) value of collateral;
• Organization, current support and analysis of cooperation with expert companies (outsourcers) on issues of reviewing the availability and state of preservation of mortgaged property;
• Preparation of a list of collateral to be reviewed by outsourcing companies;
• Providing information (statements, certificates, registers, etc.) regarding the current state and the state of credit debt settlements based on received requests and appeals;
• Cooperation on issues of credit activity with internal structural units WhereDepartment and Bank Branches whose credit cases are serviced.
