Candidate requirements: confidence in conversation and literacy; communication skills and the ability to find an individual approach to understanding of lead generation tools such as Snov.Io, RocketReach, Sales Navigator, Google Advanced Search will be an added advantage; fluency in Polish (English will be an added advantage); confident PC user; ability to quickly find and analyze information; experience in direct sales, phone sales, working with cold and warm leads and experience in B2B sales will be an additional advantage. Work schedule: 10:00—18: 00 The rate is discussed at the interview (at least UAH 20,000) + a bonus grid depending on the achieved indicators. With successful performance of indicators, the rate and the size of the bonus increase.
