We are hiring a proactive SDR / Lead Generation Specialist to take ownership of our outbound pipeline and drive consistent lead flow through structured daily execution and continuous optimisation.
 

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong outreach skills with an analytical mindset. Someone who enjoys improving messaging, testing hypotheses, and applying automation/AI tools to increase conversion rates and efficiency.
 

Responsibilities

  • Source and qualify leads via LinkedIn (US/UK priority)
  • Run outreach: connection requests, messaging, follow-ups
  • Identify decision-makers and validate fit against ICP
  • Start conversations and book qualified discovery calls for the CEO
  • Monitor Upwork job posts and shortlist the best opportunities
  • Write high-quality customised Upwork proposals 
  • Optimise connect usage and response rates
  • Maintain lead tracking (Google Sheet / CRM)
  • Suggest improvements to targeting, messaging, and outreach strategy

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in SDR / Lead Generation (B2B preferred)
  • Strong written English (B2+)
  • Proven experience with LinkedIn outreach
  • Proven experience with Upwork proposals
  • Structured thinking, discipline, and consistency
  • Proactive, self-managed, and comfortable taking ownership of results
  • Basic understanding of IT outsourcing/software development services
  • Comfortable adapting AI tools to improve lead research and outreach quality
