Purpose Of The JobOur client is world leader in the rapidly changing environment of communications technology – by providing hardware, software, and services to enable the full value of connectivity. We are building a process orchestration solution which combines data from many global applications through a variety of integration patterns and frameworks to enable automated Purchase Order handling between our client and its suppliers. The solution enables users to act upon all steps of the Supplier Purchase to Pay process such as: submitting and approving PO Requests or Service Confirmation, handling Change Requests, triggering a Return Delivery or automated closure of balanced POs.Main Tasks And ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective)Guide and support the Scrum team in adhering to Scrum practices and Agile principlesAssist in removing roadblocks and impediments for the team to ensure smooth progress of workFoster communication and collaboration within the team and between team members and stakeholdersCoach the team in continuous improvement and high-performance deliveryEnsure that product backlog items are clearly defined, estimated, and prioritized according to the business valueTrack and communicate team’s progress using relevant metrics (e.g., burndown charts)Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well-maintained and properly communicatedSupport the team in achieving high levels of self-organization and motivationAct as a servant-leader by removing obstacles to team success and acting as a buffer between the team and external distractionsWork with stakeholders to ensure expectations are set and metEducation, Skills And Experience MUST HAVE:2-4 years of Scrum Master experience within an IT companyProven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environmentsStrong knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and Scrum ceremoniesExperience working with cross-functional teamsAbility to coach and mentor team members in Agile principlesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesExperience using Jira and ConfluenceWould Be a PlusExperience with Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) is a plusScrum Master certification (CSM or PSM) preferred
