Responsibilities: —Serving asaScrum Master for 1-2 teams on1project; —Building and maintaining scaled Scrum process onthe project; —Supporting aProduct Owner ineffective product backlog and release management; —Managing teams ofhighly-skilled developers and test engineers; —Facilitating internal and external discussions, decision making, and problem solving; —Preparing reports introduced inthe company; —Leading byexample, motivating and encouraging teams and colleagues.
