Duties
Participate in daily Scrum meetings to track progress, identify, and resolve challenges.
Assist in organizing the planning process.
Monitor and analyze project progress.
Conduct one-on-one meetings with team members involved in the process. Provide necessary guidance and ensure adherence to Scrum values.
Offer internal consultations on Scrum team organization.
Conduct internal training sessions for employees.
Must have:
2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and the Scrum framework, with an understanding of other project management approaches.
Basic knowledge of business analysis to improve product development and address client needs.
Familiarity with software development principles to understand technical aspects of the team's work.
Solid foundation in classical management to effectively handle obstacles and optimize workflows.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and engage the team.
High level of emotional intelligence, patience, and adaptability to support and guide the team through changes.
Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to generate solutions in complex projects.
Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, team meetings, and training sessions.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Ukrainian.
