• Responsible for leadership in SAP support operations and incident, defect and problem management
• Responsible for SLA management and NPS monitoring to ensure quality of service
• Responsible for coordination with SAP implementation, development and support teams for effective collaboration
• Responsible for continuous improvement, implementation of lean practices and optimization of the support structure
• Responsible for testing, validating systems and ensuring continuity and resilience of business processes Responsible for engaging stakeholders to create an enabling collaborative environment

• Knowledge of SAP support practices Knowledge of ITIL Framework
• Knowledge of practices to optimize support
• li>Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and ITSM tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.)
• Expertise in several SAP products
• Management experience integration
• Experience in managing and optimizing SLA and NPS
