Main tasks

• Configuration, support and development of SAP Solution Manager 7.2 modules (ChaRM, PPM, SolDoc, CRM framework, FIORI/UI5, basic tools).
• 2. Transport System Administration (CTS+) and Change Cycle Management (CCMS).
• 3. Management of users, roles and authorizations in the SolMan system.
• 4. Participation in planning, testing (manual and automated) and deployment of intersystem changes of the SAP landscape.
• 5. Creation and updating of user manuals, training and consultations.

Expected competencies and experience:

• Higher education in the field of information technology, in computer science, software engineering or related specialties.
• Experience in configuring and supporting the SAP Solution Manager 7.2 system (ChaRM, PPM, SolDoc, CRM framework, FIORI/UI5, CCMS, CTS+).
• Participation in planning, testing, documenting and deploying software changes.
• Administration of users and roles, preparation of instructions and training of users.
• Support of project management processes, changes and business processes in the SAP landscape.
• Documentation of settings, technical tasks and test results.
• 7. Analysis of incidents and user requests, participation in error resolution and process optimization.
• 8. Reporting on changes made, user activity and landscape stability.
• 9. Ensuring compliance with changes to business requirements and internal regulations.
• Experience with Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power VI, Visio, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams2. 
• Proficiency in English for communication and reading technical documentation3. 
• Effective time management and assignment of tasks to achieve set goals.
