We are currently looking for a Chief Specialist (Consultant in the areas of: "Master Data Management (SAP MDG)) to join the team Electronic procurement management (SAP ARIBA), "Supplier life cycle management" (SAP SLC/SLM), "Electronic trading platform" (SAP SOURCING/CLM). Project: • Replication of the SAP ERP system to new enterprises, introduction of the S4HANA system to new enterprises , migration of the SAP ERP system to the HANA database, migration of the SAP ERP system to the S4HANA system. Required education:• Higher technical education in the field of information technology or higher education in the field of economics/finance. Skills (hard skills):• Participation in one or more in full-cycle productive SAP ERP/S4HANA projects in the role of a consultant, lead consultant or group leader.• 3+ years of experience working with the SAP ERP/S4HANA system in one or more functional areas.• Possession of the methodology for describing business processes, developing requirements for information systems .• Knowledge of business processes in the field of master data management and electronic procurement management.• Knowledge of integration of cloud and on-prem systems.• Knowledge of SAP ERP/S4HANA/ARIBA/MDG/SOURCING/SLC modules.• Knowledge of related modules and points is desirable integration of SAP ERP/S4HANA systems (MM, FI modules)• Experience of interaction with SAP support and OSS design.• English language skills at the level of reading technical documentation and conducting business correspondence.• Systems thinking, the ability to clearly formulate tasks and describe the requirements of business users. • Experience in public speaking and presentations. It will be a plus: • Training in SAP courses in the areas of SAP ERP/S4HANA/ARIBA/MDG/SOURCING/SLC.• Knowledge of the methodology of implementation and support of the SAP system (ASAP, RunSAP, SAP Activate).• Knowledge of the language ABAP programming and application development environment in SAP systems at the basic level. SAP MDG, SAP SLC, SAP SOURCING and SAP ARIBA. • Analyze, formalize and describe the business processes of enterprises to be automated. • Compile the description of business requirements for information systems from the point of view of business users according to their functional direction, in accordance with the accepted standards, develop project solutions.• Develop technical tasks for the development of programs in their functional direction.• Form test scenarios, organize the testing process, test information systems.• Solve incidents and problems in the information system at the stage of industrial operation.• Train users.• Prepare and aboutconduct presentations on the functionality of SAP according to its functional direction for the company's employees.• Perform work on system configuration and implementation of developments.• Monitor the relevance of requirements and participate in the implementation of requests for information system changes.• Develop and formalize proposals for improving business processes.• Develop organizational and functional models, models of information data flows.• Provide methodological support to specialists of the support group• Participate in the implementation of one or more functional SAP modules.• Form a list of tasks and the scope of the project in your direction.• Develop implementation plans and schedules together with the manager of the project.• Form project solutions in your direction.• Determine and organize measures to start the system into productive operation.• Take part in the processes of support and development of SAP systems.• Develop rules and mechanisms of integration between information systems.
