Invites a SAPConsultant to join the team of Sales

Main responsibilities:

• Participation in the implementation, development and support of a large transformational project of implementing SAP S4 solutions/ HANA, SAC, IBP and others;
• Coordination and participation in the design and development of SAP S/4HANA solutions, SAC specialized additional solutions in his field;
• Performing the role of an internal leader in his field direction within the SAP transformation and implementation project, including the full life cycle;
• Collaboration with Business stakeholders, project manager, other functional teams and consultants to define SAP requirements and develop SAP solutions that are fit for purpose and tasks of the company;
• Coordinating, supporting and accepting the results of the work of external consultants within the framework of project implementation;
• Participating in surveying and analyzing business processes, carrying out fit-gap analysis and fit-to- standard sessions;
• Configuration and optimization of SAP modules in its direction in accordance with business requirements, decisions made on process transformation and industry norms/benchmarks;
• Integration of SAP components in its direction with main modules SAP S4/HANA, SAC, IBP, Ariba and non-SAP systems.
• Testing of implemented solutions and developments;
• Key user support, communication with users;
• Organization and participation in user training, preparation of user manuals.

Requirements:

• Understanding the architecture of the SAP system and its components, including cloud and on-prem products;
• Knowledge and experience in implementing such SAP components/modules/systems as SAP S4/HANA FI, CO, AA, FM, PS and SAP Cash Management, SAP Receivables Management, as well as SAC;
• Experience in implementing SAP solutions in agricultural companies will be a big plus;
• Participation in all stages of implementing SAP solutions and the specified components as a consultant;
• Understanding and preferably experience with RISE with SAP service packages;
• Understanding of SAP Activate methodology, development and support of SAP applications;
• Understanding and skills of working with SAP ALM, SAP Signavio tools;

• Understanding the integration capabilities of SAP products with other business solutions;
• Ability to analyze the client's business processes and propose optimal solutions based on SAP;
• Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level and above.
