1.  Orientate yourself in the assortment of goods;

2.  To select goods of the highest quality according to the client's request;

3.  Effectively work out the sales stages;

4.  "Properly loving" pets (features of care and maintenance);

5.  Orient yourself in common pet diseases, treatment and prevention tactics.
