We are an official Salesforce partner, specializing in providing consulting and implementation services to help businesses successfully integrate CRM and CX strategies.

Currently, we are looking for a Salesforce Data Analyst/Migration Specialist with exceptional English language proficiency.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in project management and software development.
• Experience working in a remote, distributed team-based delivery environment, preferably in agile scrum teams.
• Good decision-making, and organization skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, at least upper-intermediate English.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Will be plus:

• Experience working on Salesforce projects.
• Experience working with Tableau.
• Salesforce Certification.
• Certification related to Data Migrations or Data Analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the overall organization structure utilized when interacting with Salesforce Data Loader and Salesforce orgs.
• Show aptitude to understand the core Salesforce system (Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards).
• Show proficiency in Spreadsheet usage (i.e. Excel, Sheets, etc.) from a workbook/worksheet and formula usage perspective.
• Ability to create and maintain data migration mapping documentation.
• Cleanse and map legacy data to the new Salesforce data model.
• Understand various customer data file formats (i.e. CSVs, XLSX, XLS, ODT, SQL, etc.) and work with them to normalize to usable format for Salesforce Data Loader
• Proficiency is utilizing the files, identifying clean-up issues, and performing clean-up utilizing manual, formula based, and/or tool based approaches.
• Review and understand all legacy data files.
• Perform and complete the various Salesforce Data Loader operations (Complete Deletes, Complete Updates, Complete Inserts, Complete Updates, Complete Exports, Adjust Settings, Mappings).
• Execute on reporting needs including but not limited to standard Salesforce reports, Tableau, and Tableau CRM-A.
• Execute the data migration in multiple environments as necessary.
