What tasks await you:

  • Determining the technical possibility of connecting telecommunications services for corporate clients;
  • Preparing technical solutions and their transfer to managers for the formation of commercial offers;
  • Formation of business cases based on costs and technical parameters, coordination with by the manager;
  • Introduction of applications to internal systems to confirm technical feasibility and creation of connection orders;
  • Communication with clients regarding technical issues in the process of connection/reorganization/dismantling of services;
  • Coordinating technical parameters with technical services and customers;
  • Preparation and issuance of orders with communication organization schemes;
  • Organization and testing of client channels (including using PuTTY);
  • Monitoring of service connection deadlines, updating statuses in systems;
  • Entering information into accounting and reference systems;
  • Participation in the implementation of non-standard projects, modernization and integration of networks;
  • Transfer of connected services to the network monitoring department;
  • Preparation of analytics and reports for management.

Necessary skills and experience:

  • Understanding the principles of telecom networks and Internet services;
  • Basic knowledge of network technologies(TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, NAT, etc.);
  • Understanding the principles of SIP, VoIP, IP?telephony is desirable;
  • Experience with diagnostic tools (ping/traceroute, PuTTY);
  • Ability to read technical documentation and schematics;
  • Experience with CRM, ServiceDesk or OSS/BSS will be an advantage;
  • Analytical thinking, attention to detail, responsibility;
  • Willingness to interact with customers and internal divisions.
