We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Team Leader for the development of sales in a small and medium-sized business of the Timely Checkout project.

You will be responsible for effectively managing the current customer base, attracting new ones, developing strategies for their growth and achieving ambitious sales targets. In Vchasno.Kasa, a department for work with medium and small businesses has already been formed, there is a well-established base and a team that needs leadership and a strategic vision for further development. 400">

  • Has experience leading and motivating a team to achieve common goals;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills at multiple levels;
  • Ability to proactively identify growth opportunities for SMB clients and develop appropriate strategies;
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on it;
  • Thrives in a dynamic work environment environment, can work autonomously and quickly adapt to changing business needs;
  • Can effectively solve problems and propose innovative solutions.
  • Will be an advantage:

    • Deep understanding of the software market and/or checkout solutions.

    Main duties:

    • Participation in the development and implementation of the development strategy of Tchasno.Kasa, taking into account the specifics of the product and the SMB market;
    • Effective management and development of the existing customer base;
    • Search, attraction and selection of new potential customers who meet the strategic goals of Vchasno.Kasa;
    • Negotiations and conclusion of agreements;
    • Coordination of work and support of the team;
    • Training and support of managers in working with clients;
    • Monitoring and analysis of the performance of managers;
    • Development and implementation of motivational programs;
    • Preparation of reports and analytics on work results;
    • Close interaction with other departments of the company (product, marketing, support).
