experienced sales team lead ( e- commerce) Preparation and validation of the project customers, their hantling and Farming. mentoring, development, control of results); Development of sales strategy, planning and implementation on international platforms; Preparation and validation and selling services by phone and at meetings (omnial); providing high level of service, meeting customer needs, individual proposals for improving efficiency; communicating with representatives from China. Our candidate has:
- Tim Lida or in Team Management in E-Commerce (minimum 3-5 years );
- A deep understanding of e -commerce platforms (advantage - Alibaba) and Digital Trade trends;
- experience in developing and implementing sales development strategies on international platforms; > Analytical approach to assessing the effectiveness of campaigns, the ability to work with major data and their interpretation;
- excellent communication skills, the ability to work in multicultural teams and with partners from different countries; Upper Intermediate levels (Knowledge of Chinese will be plus).
- availability of cars and ready to go (advantage).
