- Experience in active sales and negotiations in the B2B segment, including managerial positions in FMCG, retail, HoReCa or e-commerce;
- Ability to analyze the market and competitiveness;
- Result orientation, proactivity, desire to develop, responsibility;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for successful sales and building long-term relationships with customers.
What tasks will be in front of you:
- Management of the sales department: implementation of the plan, formation and CONTROL work plans;
- Building partnerships with the existing customer base and developing its potential;
- In-depth analysis of customer needs and the competitive environment to improve offers and increase sales efficiency.
- Provide the sales department with the necessary resources and support the team to achieve high results.
- Initiate and implement improvements in business processes to optimize work.
- Work closely with other divisions to provide comprehensive customer service and develop their potential.
