We are looking for a Team Lead for the Account Executives team who will help strengthen our sales team and support the further growth of Ringostat.
It is important to us that you have real experience of managing a B2B sales team and you were able not only to motivate people, but also to build understandable sales processes.
? What is important for this role?
- You managed a B2B Sales team (5+ Account Executives) for at least 1 year and have proven results: execution of plans by 100-110% and cases of revenue growth of the team x1.5-2 year on year.
- You hired, onboarded and developed sales, grew juniors into A-players and made difficult management decisions (including firing for low performance).
- You personally worked in B2B sales for at least 2 years and have a strong track record of closing complex deals.
- You have a good understanding of the sales funnel and metrics (win rate, conversion rate, sales cycle, ACV, pipeline coverage) and are able to build a sales forecast with an accuracy of ±10-15%.
- You are able to motivate and control a team, communicate effectively with sales and management and connect with key or risky deals.
- You confidently work with CRM and analytics, build reports, use Google Sheets and AI tools to improve sales efficiency.
- You are an autonomous and proactive leader: you take responsibility, find growth points and bring initiatives to fruition.
What will you do?
- Manage a team of Account Executives and ensure the execution of the plan with Sales Revenue, controlling key metrics: win rate, conversion rate, sales cycle, pipeline coverage.
- Develop AE team (5-10 people): set individual and team goals, conduct regular 1:1s, provide feedback, coach and work with performance.
- Conduct regular sales funnel analysis: weekly pipeline review, forecast results 1-3 months ahead, identify bottlenecks and initiate actions to increase conversions.
- Optimize sales processes within the team: working with CRM, deal statuses, scripts, approaches to demos and closing deals.
- Take hands-on participation in key or risky deals: help sales in negotiations, demos, objection work and final closings.
- Ensure data transparency in CRM and reporting: current pipeline, correct forecasts, use of analytics for management decisions.
- Implement improvements in the team's daily work (scripts, templates, best practices, AI tools) to increase efficiency and quality of sales.
- Organize and participate in offline activities and business trips: meetings with clients and partners, internal trainings, etc.
