Sales Team Lead in IT Step Academy

International Computer Academy "IT Step Academy" is an educational institution with 116 branches in 25 countries of the world, specializing in IT education since 1999.

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Sales team Lead-a.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in the field of education;
• Teaching experience or mentoring in sales.

Your duties in the position will be:

• Influence real sales figures through call audits and work with the quality of communication;
• Conduct sales trainings for branches on point, on request and for specific business tasks;
• Be a link between branches and management: work with directors on current issues (mainly CRM and processes), structure information and transfer it to the manager;
• Work in CRM, helping branches to effectively use system.
