Currently looking for an experiencedSales Team Lead, which combines strong sales and effective team management skills.

Basic requirements:

< span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">- experience of managing a sales department team (5+ people) from 1 year;
- command of the English language (oral and written) at B1-B2 level;
- ability to analyze data, make informed decisions and use analytics to improve the work of the department;
- experience in motivating and effectively managing a team, creating conditions for achieving high results;
- the ability to organize the work of the team, according to deadlines;
- experience with CRM systems;
- experience with Notion, Trello, Asana, Google Sheets for task and project management.

What will you do:

- team management;
-management and coordination of the work of the sales department, task setting and performance control;
- work with clients;
- selection, training, adaptation and development of employees;
- management and analysis of reports;
- monitoring key sales indicators and team performance, developing a strategy for their improvement.
