We are a YouControl company that developed the YC.Market tool for market analysis, search customers and partners. The product is effective for building new opportunities in B2B, monitoring newly created companies and individual entrepreneurs in Ukraine. Also implements the function of competitor analysis, research of volumes and market coverage, economic development of various regions and spheres.

We are looking for a like-minded person to join our team to the position of Head of the sales department.

Key responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
• Interaction with key customers, participation in important negotiation processes.
• Implementation and control of the implementation of customer service standards.
• Setting goals and objectives for department employees, monitoring them implementation.
• Training and professional development of department employees.
• Preparation of reports for company management.
• Cooperation with other company departments to achieve goals.
• Market monitoring and analysis of the competitive environment.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Experience in B2B sales from 3 years.
• Experience in negotiations at the level of key persons of companies.
• Ability to manage a team and achieve set goals.
• Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level and above
• High communication skills, initiative, activity.
• Ability to multitask and make quick decisions.
• High level of responsibility and result orientation.
