Sales Support Specialist in DTEK, TOV, Energetichna kompaniya

We are currently looking forTender Specialist who will coordinate the work of internal teams in preparation for tenders, analyze tender documents and prepare convincing proposals.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring public and private platforms to identify current tenders.
• Identification and evaluation of tender opportunities that correspond to the company's services and strategic goals.
• Preparation and timely submission of tender documents.
• Coordination with various departments for gathering the necessary information and ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
• Collaboration with procurement specialists of potential customers to establish and maintain relationships.
• Preparation of commercial proposals, contracts and other necessary documentation for participation in tenders.
• Careful maintenance and updating of the customer database in the CRM system.
• Preparation of regular reports on tender activity and results.
• Analysis of market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Tracking and reporting on the results of participation in tenders and the achievement of set goals.

Requirements:

• Experience in participating in tenders in the IT industry as a seller or buyer.
• Experience in establishing cooperation with donor organizations will be an advantage.
• Skills in project management and budgeting.
• Ability to assess risks and thoroughly document processes.
• Ability to remain effective under tight deadlines and high expectations.
• Ability to balance the needs and interests of various parties and manage potential conflicts.
• Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty and change, adapting to different situations.
• Understanding IT service market trends.
• Analytical skills, ability to work with large volumes of data and to find insights in them.
• Ability to negotiate, work with objections and solve complex issues.
• Proficient command of Ukrainian, English at B1+ level.< /li>
