We invite to our team a Sales Support Manager

Basic requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
< li>Experience with clients is desirable
• Experienced user of MS Word, Excel, preferably experience with accounting or CRM systems

Responsibilities:

• Customer support : receiving, processing and administration of orders
• Processing of incoming calls
• Entering the order in the IT system
• Formation of shipment orders and delivery requests products
• Reservation of products
• Order fulfillment control
