Sales Supervisor (German) Remote in Telsel, TOV

Our company is an international call center that has been operating since 2013.  We have representative offices in various parts of the world, including Ukraine, Brazil, Vietnam, Colombia and Kazakhstan. In connection with the expansion of the client base, we invite a Supervisor (with knowledge of the German language) to join the team.

What is needed:

• Knowledge of PC and basic knowledge of office programs 
• Knowledge of the German language: from level B1 + and above (good conversational)
< li>Knowledge of the management cycle: experience in management will be a plus
• Knowledge of stages and sales techniques: experience working in a call center will be a plus
• Communication skills: the ability to explain in simple language, convey an opinion, argue, convince
  Technical support: stable internet, headset, laptop or PC

Main duties:

• Control and assessment of operators regarding the fulfillment of service standards
• Preparation of reports on team indicators 
• Adaptation support of new operators 
• Training of operators
• Compilation and control of schedules for going to work focusing on line balance
• Solving technical issues and non-standard, conflicting situations
• System informing about news, changes, priorities in the company, division, group and job duties
• Compilation and control of vacation schedules of Department employees
• < b style="font-weight: 700">Line load control and actions to adjust it
