This opportunity is with a tech-focused, company based in the US that is committed to delivering exceptional service.Position Overview: We are seeking a sales specialist with a successful track record in sales (preferably in educational courses). You will be responsible for increasing revenue, establishing strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a drive for success.Responsibilities:Course Sales: Selling training courses to warm leads (potential clients) who have submitted an application for training. This includes daily calls and correspondence to convert leads into paying clients. After payment, the client will be managed by another specialist. There is no need for independent lead generation, as warm leads are provided by the company (they have already reviewed the courses and submitted an application for training).Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients, identify their needs, and offer solutions, fostering trust and loyalty.Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our offerings (courses).Sales Cycle Management: Effectively manage the entire sales cycle, from qualifying potential clients to closing deals.Reporting: Maintain CRM and complete reports.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, customer support, etc.Feedback: Provide client feedback to help improve the product and market positioning.Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience, meeting or exceeding sales targets.C1 level proficiency in Russian.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively interact with potential clients, deliver persuasive presentations, and articulate thoughts clearly.Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed expectations.
