Job Description We are looking for a sales and service specialist who will be responsible for providing timely and effective administrative support as part of sales and service service and support processes. Your daily tasks will include: Handling current processes and tasks within the support center Solving non-standard tasks Operating the SAP system and other tools Processing orders and invoices Processing contracts Processing warranty claims in accordance with deadlines Cooperation with sales and service departments to ensure timely administrative service Description Kalmar is a leading manufacturer of machines for container handling, port automation and service. Requirements Higher education Experience working in a similar position Knowledge of English at least B1 level Knowledge of French at least B2 level Communication skills Operation of basic computer systems (e.g. Google package) What do we offer?
