Sales Representative in Ukraine in EGGER

Our requirements:

• University degree
• 2+ years previous experience in a similar position 
• Very good IT knowledge (MS Office, SAP – is an advantage)
• Fluent in English 
• Committed person with a proactive and sales oriented attitude 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
• Willingness to travel within the country 
• Driving license category B

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of sales plan, expansion of product mix and fulfillment of marketing strategy 
• Sales performance analysis and business development with industrial companies
• Monitor and report market trends and activity of competitors
• Build up and strengthen long term relationships with partners 
• Support of direct contact and communication of partners with the plants and sales offices within the group
• Support of daily business processes, handling complaints, Maintenance of actual information in CRM
• Development of customer's sales force through effective product education process, presentation of new developments, products and trends;
• Support of marketing team with translation and adaptation of marketing tools and activities for the local market
• Compliance with group standards as well as follow up to interpret them into company goals.
