Main responsibilities: - Sales of the company's seeds within the region. - Promotion of the company's new products. - Searching for potential customers, conducting negotiations and maintaining relations with existing customers. - Maintaining relations and working with the company's official distributors in the region. - Planning and organization of marketing events in the region - Organization and holding of regional Field Days and seminars with the support of the product manager. - Constant monitoring and evaluation of the market of agricultural crops in the region. - Regular monitoring of customer credit obligations, as well as payment control. - Management of the customer base .- Reporting in the form established by the company and agronomic support of clients in the region. Candidate requirements: - One year of experience in agribusiness (sales field). - Knowledge of customers in the region. - Vocational education or higher. - Driving experience and category "B" license. - High level of communication skills. - Responsibility and proactive life position.
