We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead and manage daily operations in the B2C sales department and implementing efficient sales strategies.

Vacancy open in Poland, Portugal or Czech republic.

 Responsibilities

  • Sales Data Analysis & Reporting: Initiate and analyze sales data, generate detailed reports, and use insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective direct, cross-sell, and upsell strategies aligned with e-commerce best practices.
  • Sales Forecasting: Conduct accurate sales forecasts to predict future sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Set, monitor, and achieve sales goals within the contact center to meet company objectives.
  • Customer Communication Optimization: Develop and refine instructions and templates for effective communication with customers, ensuring consistency and maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Contact Center Profitability: Monitor and analyze the profitability of the contact center, identifying areas for improvement and implementing measures to enhance ROI.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer service, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the sales function, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Training & Development: Provide training and support to sales team members, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary to achieve their targets.

?Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within a contact center or e-commerce environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales management software.
  • Advanced skills in project management, Google or/and MS office tools
  • Languages: English B2; Russian/Ukrainian B1 will be a plus.
