Main responsibilities: Formation of primary/secondary sales plans by sales channels and assortment, taking into account promos and the trend of regular sales for all planning periods Constant evaluation of the actual implementation of the sales plan with a description of trends and risk areas; formation of forecastsAnalysis of sales deviations with the identification of growth centers, recommendations for setting targetsMonitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of special activities, their impact on the general forecast, preparation of recommendations for adjusting the forecastVerification and optimization of approaches to forecasting sales in order to improve the quality of forecasting and timely response to changesFormation of reporting, conclusions and recommendations as part of the plan-fact analysis and sales trends Communication with the responsible units as part of the sales planning process, determination of production opportunities, factors influencing the implementation of the plan, etc. Requirements for the candidate: Higher education (economic, technical, economic cybernetics, applied mathematics ) Work experience of 2 years or more in a similar position in the field of FMCG Mastery of Excel, Power Query - advanced user; experience with SQL, Power BI, macros will be an advantage. Experience with the basics of budgeting and management accounting. Knowledge of the English language at the Pre-intermediate level. Personal qualities: Analytical mindset, focus on results.
