This role will be responsible for supporting Bizzabo’s Go-To-Market teams by optimizing sales process, sales forecasting and planning, analyzing communications, CRM data, and team performance metrics and conducting enablement in accordance with internal policies and sales playbooks.Bizzabo powers immersive in-person, virtual, and hybrid experiences. Bizzabo was founded in 2011 by Boaz Katz, Alon Alroy, and Eran Ben-Shushan, and is headquartered in New York and Tel Aviv.RequirementsWhat you will be doing:Sales Process OptimizationDevelop, document, and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and recommend solutions to streamline operations.Performance Analysis And ReportingCreate and manage sales performance dashboards and reports.Analyze key sales metrics to provide actionable insights to sales leadership and recommend strategies for improvement.Sales Forecasting And PlanningCollaborate with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts and territory plans.Assist in the annual and quarterly sales planning process, including quota setting and territory alignment.Sales EnablementWork with the sales leadership team to ensure sales reps have the tools, resources, and training needed for success.Support onboarding and continuous training programs for the sales team.Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with marketing and customer success teams to align on goals and drive revenue growth.Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to ensure smooth communication and process handoffs.Technology ManagementEvaluate and implement sales tools and technology to improve team productivity.Ensure all sales tools are integrated and working efficiently within the technology stack.CRM ManagementMaintain and optimize the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Provide training and support to sales team members on CRM usage and best practices.Who You AreMinimum of 4-6 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Sales QA, Sales Operations.You have excellent verbal and written English. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively. with all levels of management and cross-functional teams.
